MuseFrame Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your MuseFrame account and the data tied to it. MuseFrame is developed and operated by Lenscript (光子方程).
1. How to ask
- Start it in the app: open MuseFrame and go to Profile → Delete account. After you confirm, the app opens a pre-filled deletion email; sending that email submits the request;
- Cannot use the app? Write from the email address registered with MuseFrame to donaldkuke@gmail.com with “MuseFrame account deletion” in the subject.
To stop anyone deleting an account that is not theirs, we act only on requests from the registered address and may ask you to reply to confirm. Save any artworks you want to keep first.
2. What is deleted
- your account record and email address, sign-in sessions and device identifier;
- your projects, the original photos you uploaded and the artworks generated from them;
- credit records and the free-credit abuse record (IP address);
- in-app events and technical logs expire on their own schedule (90 days).
Once we have verified that the address is yours, we process the request manually: sign-in is disabled, the data above is removed, and we write back when it is done. There is no self-service deletion flow today and we do not promise a fixed completion time; reply to the same email thread if you need an update. Deletion cannot be undone and remaining credits are forfeited.
3. What the law requires us to keep
Order and transaction records are kept for the period the law requires (tax and dispute handling), stored separately from your photos and artworks, and de-identified on deletion.
