MuseFrame Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what photos and generation requests may not use MuseFrame, and how we review content, handle reports and hear appeals. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Scope and core rules
This policy applies to all content you submit, generate, display or share through the MuseFrame web app, Android app and website, as well as account, credit and automated-use behaviour. It forms part of the Terms of Service; mandatory law where you live prevails if it conflicts with this policy.
Final images are currently generated or edited by OpenAI GPT Image 2 (gpt-image-2). Some designed styles use OpenAI GPT-5.4 mini (gpt-5.4-mini) to compile style instructions; it does not generate the final image. If the model or provider changes, we update this policy, the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Submit only photos you have the right to use and for which you have consent from every identifiable person. A parent or guardian must consent to a minor’s photo, and no minor’s photo may be used for sexualised, exploitative, harmful or deceptive purposes.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload, ask us to generate, display or distribute:
- Pornographic or NSFW content, including explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation or nudity presented for a sexual purpose;
- any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualised content involving a minor. This is a zero-tolerance category;
- violence, gore or self-harm, or content glorifying terrorism, extremism or harm to others;
- hate or harassment, including attacks, degradation or incitement based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic;
- deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, including non-consensual fabrication of a real person, public figure or organisation for fraud, defamation, sexualisation, identity verification, news evidence or another misleading use;
- infringement of rights, including unauthorised use of material protected by copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy or other rights, or content implying endorsement by another person, brand or MuseFrame;
- anything else that violates applicable law, platform rules or another person’s lawful rights.
You must also not bypass, probe or defeat safety filters; call the service in bulk with scripts or automation; resell or top up credits for others; take the service apart to train or reproduce models; or interfere with normal operation.
3. Review, enforcement and appeals
Safety constraints and review: the platform applies content and style constraints and relies on OpenAI model and API safety systems. Requests rejected for safety or policy reasons are not generated and cost no credits. Human review occurs only as needed for a report, appeal or security incident, and staff do not otherwise browse user photos.
Enforcement: based on risk, we may reject a request, remove content, warn, suspend generation, limit features, close an account or report to competent authorities. Content involving CSAM, risk to a minor or an urgent threat to personal safety is prioritised as soon as confirmed and reported where law requires.
Appeals: if you believe an action was wrong, use the reporting channel below with the project or artwork identifier and your reason. We handle appeals under applicable law and platform procedures.
4. Reporting and contact
To report prohibited content, impersonation, infringement or abuse, email donaldkuke@gmail.com with “MuseFrame Report” in the subject and include the project or artwork identifier, relevant link or screenshot. Except for urgent safety and minor-related reports, we normally send an initial response within 2 business days.
For data handling, see the Privacy Policy; for accounts and payment, see the Terms of Service. We may update this policy as safety requirements, model capabilities or applicable law change; the updated version is published here.
The text of this policy has not changed substantively since 2026-09-07; the 2026-09-22 and 2026-09-23 stamps only align its version and effective date with the other MuseFrame legal pages, so that a cluster of documents which cite each other no longer carries several different dates.
